About Alex,

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Author, Founder of TBR College, sometimes Birth Doula and parent myself.

I have been supporting parents and professionals overcome trauma symptoms for over 13 years.

I created TBR College, an online educational platform, for perinatal professionals to learn and develop trauma informed practices and services.

Over 500 perinatal professionals and HCP have trained with TBR College so far and now all have the framework, skills and knowledge to gently and effectively support parents impacted by perinatal trauma, anxiety and depression.

Since 2016 I have trained NHS maternity services and charities such as Sure Start, Mind and Nurture the Borders.

I have recently started my own CIC, The Birth Republic, providing access to perinatally focused therapy for parents.
